Delivery

UK & British Isles Delivery 

We are pleased to offer UK and British Isles (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) customers free Standard Delivery on all orders.

Once we have received your order we will dispatch it within 1-3 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class and Royal Mail 48 delivery for our free standard UK delivery, which usually arrives in 2-4 business days after dispatch, however, please allow up to 7 business days after your order has been dispatched before contacting us if there is a delay. We also offer Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 24 for £3, which will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and usually arrives in 1-2 business days after dispatch. 

USA Delivery

All parcels sent to the USA are sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) using the Royal Mail Tracked DDP Service so there are no additional customs fees on arrival. Delivery costs £15 and usually arrives in 6-10 business days, but please allow 20 business days before contacting us as there may be delays. Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days. 

International Delivery

We deliver to some worldwide countries including Canada and Australia (see above in relation to the USA) and offer a weight and parcel sized based delivery charge. In Europe we currently only deliver to Switzerland.

For delivery charges, please add your items to your cart to get an accurate cost for international delivery, but as a guide it costs between £12 and £14 for tracked delivery.  Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days.

Please note that due to the size of our beds we are unable to offer a fixed delivery charge for international delivery (this applies to beds only) so please contact us for a quote for your country.  

International deliveries usually take 6-10 business days once they have been dispatched, however, please allow 20 business days before contacting us if there is a delay. Any costs associated with customs, duty or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
